When to use Analytics
- Daily queue and SLA standup with managers.
- Weekly destination and severity concentration review.
- Correlate dashboard escalation health with queue pressure.
How to interpret
Rising holds may indicate screening updates, policy changes, or intake quality — drill into Transactions and Approvals. Failed escalation delivery is fixed in Settings, not by overriding holds in analytics views.
Limits
Analytics does not replace per-transaction adjudication or evidence generation. Depth depends on org data retention in Trade.
