Draft, review, and prepare DSP-5 (DDTC) and BIS-748P (BIS) applications. The product generates a structured (canonical JSON) packet; submission to DECCS or SNAP-R is performed manually by the operator on the regulator portal and logged here. Empowered Official approval is required before portal submission, and approved applications can be converted to a Phase 1 license.
