Who can configure

Settings, policies, and org audit exports are admin-oriented surfaces. Managers may have subset access depending on your deployment. Reviewers and viewers should not change org configuration.

Control plane items

• API keys — scoped machine access for integrations.
• Connectors — intake and delivery configuration (manual/SFTP/API types vary by maturity).
• Escalation — routing for queue pressure and delivery health.
• Regulatory readiness — posture checklist for your org.

Audit visibility

Privileged changes and workflow decisions write append-only audit rows scoped to your organization. Audit metadata uses IDs and counts — not raw PII.
