BIS SNAP-R Trusted Third Party submission is permitted via the web UI under a written Power of Attorney. We do not file directly; we never store the POA as a credential — POA documents attach to specific applications.

CIN and DDTC registration code are non-secret regulator-issued identifiers but are still excluded from audit metadata.
