What CDD is
Controlled Data Delivery (CDD) is the structured workflow for releasing controlled information to an outside party: request, readiness checks, approvals, packaging, dispatch, and evidence.
Shipped today
- Full in-product workflow through secure_portal internal pickup proof.
- Package artifact attach via signed upload to the private exports bucket.
- Role-gated create, approve, dispatch, and evidence generation.
Not shipped
If a UI affordance references a non-secure_portal method without an explicit guard, treat it as not available for buyer-facing operations.
- Email, S3, SFTP, or API-push delivery methods as production transports.
- SharePoint, Cryptshare, and external connector byte transport (proof-contract stubs only).
