Transactions and approvals
- Cannot certify — missing classification, party, or screening → fix on transaction detail, re-screen, return to Approvals.
- Action buttons missing — role lacks permission → confirm role with admin; Trade fails closed.
- Queue empty but dashboard shows pressure — filter mismatch → reset Approvals filters.
Licenses and applications
- Drawdown blocked — would exceed remaining value/quantity (golden path 4) → reduce transaction value or obtain new authorization.
- EO approve disabled — validation warnings or missing parties/items → complete application tabs.
- Packet download fails — storage or org scope → verify exports bucket health with admin.
Evidence, import, and CDD
- Evidence generation unavailable — bucket misconfiguration or missing transaction data → see Evidence degraded banner guide.
- Import rows in error — CSV mapping or validation → fix column mapping; check Processing jobs.
- CDD dispatch blocked — non-secure_portal transport or incomplete legal checks → complete CDD tabs; only secure_portal is shipped.
Admin and integrations
- Escalation delivery failed — fix webhook/target in Settings, not by overriding holds.
- Connector test failed — credentials or transport maturity → verify connector type is operator-configured, not regulator-integrated.
- Audit empty — filters too narrow or no events yet → widen date range; confirm live mode.
