A one-page printable pre-call checklist for the person running a Trade demo. Read it through, print it, then walk the call.

One printable sheet. Open it ten minutes before a buyer call, walk top to bottom, then print or hand off. Pulls from Launch Readiness, the Demo Command Center, and Demo Data Readiness — no new claims.

10-minute pre-call check

Confirm you are in the right org or demo tenant before signing in.
Open /help/launch-readiness and confirm the status labels you will mention.
Open /help/demo-command-center for the talk-track quotes.
Confirm the four sample records exist, or pick fallback routes.
Keep SFTP off unless explicitly staged.
Keep CDD outbound transport claims off the table.
Have Help articles open in tabs as proof, not promises.

Four demo paths

Demo path 1

Clean transaction

LIVE

Need: Clean row with complete classification, screening complete, no holds.
Say: Risk visibility and a defensible record on every certified row.
Avoid: ERP sync is live. Every row auto-clears.
Route: /transactions

Demo path 2

Possible denied-party match

LIVE

Need: Held or review row with a visible reason on the record.
Say: Human review, visible rationale, append-only audit trail.
Avoid: Auto-deny on every hit. Trade replaces legal judgment.
Route: /approvals

Demo path 3

License required

BETA

Need: Active license plus a linked or license-required transaction.
Say: Beta workflow direction with conditions and drawdown context.
Avoid: GA, regulator sync, direct BIS or DDTC filing.
Route: /licenses

Demo path 4

Evidence request

LIVE

Need: Transaction with stored workflow data and an evidence-ready pack.
Say: What we screened, what we decided, what proof we have.
Avoid: Invented evidence. Packs backfilling missing screening. CDD outbound SFTP.
Route: /evidence

If data is missing

Do not fake it.
Open the Help article and walk the workflow.
Say: "this demo dataset does not currently have that sample row loaded."
Move to the next path.

What not to claim

No production-ready SFTP transport.
No live ERP integration or direct SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite sync.
No direct regulator filing or automated BIS or DDTC submission.
No outbound CDD SFTP support.
No PDF license application packets.

After-call follow-up

Send relevant Help article links to the buyer.
Note every buyer question, even the ones you answered live.
If they asked for an unavailable capability, tag it as planned, beta, partial, not shipped, or unverified — do not rewrite status labels in the moment.
Convert any real requested feature into an issue or scoped follow-up before end-of-day.
